Catch-up

We have been so busy this past semester, there have been a few things that have fallen through the cracks on my blog. So here is a random post on things going on with my little family...


We celebrated Lucas's 1st birthday! We had a great time visiting with our friends. It isn't often that we can get all 8 of us together and in the month of January, we had at least 3 big group get togethers. It was great!

Here we all are!! (of couse Angie has moved down to Houston now...)

So, I found Riley sitting (hiding) over in this corner. It was an unusual place for her to be so I went in to investigate...

She was totally sneaking some of our left over Chik-fil-a! What a ham. She is just like her mommy when she was a little girl :)

Sam has been such a hoot here lately. He loves playing with swords, hats, and cars. Oh and he loves to dance to music!

We had another big even take place in the Bergren household... Riley gave herself a haircut!

I found a wad of hair in our bathroom but couldn't find any scissors. I searched everywhere and finally went to her bedroom to find this at the bottom of the stairs. I then discovered a little pair of scissors wraped up in her blanket, under her covers, up in her bunk bed...guilty conscience I think!

So the next day we headed to the salon to try and save what we could... We couldn't save much!

She was being so good. And of course this is where we talked about how we don't use scissors on anything but paper and only with an adult, all over again!

And, a new Emma Watson dew...

These are just a few of the things that we have been doing lately. There was a LOT more, but I was to busy to pick up my camera!
