This Past Week We Have...

This past week has been SO busy. Ryne and I are both back full time at school and we are just trying to get back into the swing of things. I don't want this semester to breeze by with no blogging though, so here are some snap shots of our week from furthest to most recent...
Early last week we FINALLY were able to make it outside. It has been so cold it is hard to get outside to play. Riley was really excited to get to ride her bike some.
Same was excited to be outside too. He loves to be outside.

I was super excited because Sam Man and I were able to go out just the two of us. Usually when we have appointments of some sort both kids go, but Ryne was home from class so Riley stayed home with Daddy.
When we weighed Sam at the Dr.s office he weighed 26lbs 13 ounces!! He is a very big boy. Of course he was off the charts for his weight but.... He was in the 10th percentile for his heigth! Oh Sam, how I love you and all your little rolls....It was nice to have some time just the two of us. He is really growing up.

Riley had fun going through my closet. Well they actually had fun going through every closet. They pulled all the clothes out of every drawer and/or shelf in their room last week...

We took lots of baths last week. They either LOVE to play in the bath or they HATE it. Just hit or miss.

We went to church on Sunday. We had missed all of our church family at ChalkHill Community Church Last week Riley was sick and we had been out of town the previous weeks so it was nice to see them again.

Also since Sam's birthday is right around the corner, I have been working really hard on something else... You might remember seeing Riley's Here

We also had some friends over to play. We just love Joseph and Adalee. It was their daddy's birthday so they came over to play. Riley loved to boss them around with the rules of her room :)

They are so precious

They had lots of fun playing together in the bed. Oh to be a toddler again...

Riley helped me make some homemade bread. Ryne isn't home for dinner most nights, so I try to make a "nice" lunch atleast once during the week to make up for the dinners we miss during the week. So, we were making some homemade bread to go with our lunch! I know it makes a big mess, but I just love how much fun she has "helping" me. It is worth the extra clean up time.

But don't worry. Riley like to "help" me clean up too!

There are so many other things that happend this week. We are planning Samuels 1st birthday party. Also this past week Riley finally started to call "bubba", "Sammy". It is SO cute.
Yesterday and today have been rough around here though. Sam is Super Teething. For the past 4 months he has had 2 teeth but that is it. Then all of a sudden he is breaking through 3! (maybe more) He is very uncomfortable and extra whiny. We all can't wait to head back home this weekend though!
Hope your past week was as wonderful as ours.
